All orders are shipped First Class, Priority, or Express Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
RETURN INFORMATION
We Guarantee Your Satisfaction with all Twin Elegance merchandise. If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, you have 30 days from the time of receipt to return it.

Returns MUST arrive in 100% resalable condition to qualify for a refund, unless defective. Please complete the return slip and include it with your package.

We are unable to accept Damaged or Defective claims after 90 days from date of receipt.
What if the item color does not match the picture?
We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
